엊그제 현아와 함께 'twist & shout'의 비틀즈 헌정공연을 보고 난 후,
그 감동에 겨워 비틀즈 노래를 마냥 듣고 있다
그 중에 가장 꽂힌 것은 Let it Be

공식적인 공연 곡 중에는 가장 마지막 곡이었는데
조명이 꽂힌 무대를 바라보며 뭔가 다같이 황홀하게 취해서
음악에 빠져있던 그 느낌이 너무 감동적이었다

전에도 좋다고 생각하긴 했었는데
몇 마디 안되는 이 가사가 이토록 마음에 와닿고 위안이 될 줄이야
그대로 두어라, let it be


존 레논 사망에 대한 정보를 찾아보다가
반전운동가였던 그가 정치적 이유로 혹은 그저 미치광이 팬에게 암살 당했다는 이야기를 들었다
누구 말대로 진실은 죽인 놈만 알겠지만
그냥 너무 충격 ㅎㄷㄷ
